With over 100 years of experience, we have extensive know-how in the production of complete assemblies and micrometers. We supply you with ready-to-fit individual parts or fully assembled modules – always with your entire system in mind. With our extensive production capabilities, we offer turning, hardening, grinding, assembly and laser marking from a single source. If required, we integrate other long-term suppliers, e.g. for surface coating, into our process chain.
Engineering
Since our internal engineering department always has your entire system in mind, we can work closely with you to optimize your design for production. This guarantees an optimum process chain for the production of your assembly. For your unique requirements, we support you with our expertise in tribology and vacuum designs. Thanks to our in-house quality laboratory with temperature-controlled metrology laboratory and state-of-the-art measuring machines, we ensure a consistent high level of quality.
Precision turning and milling
We manufacture precise components in the following dimensions on four CNC lathes and a 3-axis milling machine:
Outer diameter up to Ø 2 – 36 mm
Component length up to 500 mm
Tolerances up to ± 0.003 mm, concentricity up to 0.01 mm
Materials: machining steel | nickel silver | silver steel | 1.4034 | 1.4305 | stainless steel | brass | lead-free brass | PAN bronze | PEEK | aluminum | etc.
Cylindrical Grinding
With eight universal cylindrical grinding machines, we are a job shop for high-precision, cylindrically ground components. Tight tolerances and bearing seats are our specialty:
Outer diameter up to Ø 190 mm
Component length up to max. 400 mm
Tolerances up to ± 0.001 mm
Clamping between dead centers and in collet chuck
Thread grinding
We use our six thread grinding machines to grind metric external threads with special pitches and dimensions:
Thread length up to 400 mm stroke
Small pitches from 0.1 mm to 4 mm per revolution
Pitch accuracy <3 µm per 50 mm travel distance
Radial play nut / thread according to your specifications up to ± 5 µm

We assemble your sub-assemblies ready for installation. In addition, we offer the following services:
